During three Saturdays of the year, we facilitate workshops for the community to gather and discuss topics to related to advancing economic prosperity in the community.
We invite speakers of all backgrounds and experiences to share insights and knowledge on their area of expertise. Through facilitated small groups there are opportunities to discuss projects, endeavors, life phases they are working on improving.
The purpose of a Futures Weekend is creating a time to connect, dream, and build. As there is power in collective wisdom, group members provide insight from past experience, guide and support endeavors of its members soliciting feedback.
As you develop your “tribe”, these can also serve as accountability groups where members can have an accountability team to ensure they are moving towards their future. Finally, within these groups, members share career and volunteer opportunities and other resources that will help other members get involved and progress.
